When a property has a price on it, Buyers will often dismiss it out of hand, based on a belief they can’t afford it or it is overpriced. With no price, they are more likely to view the property on its benefits and features. Typically Buyers research property with a particular criteria based on needs and wants. These criteria include location, schools, public transport, parks, views and outlook, number of bedrooms, car accommodation and media room, etc. Once they have found a property that suits most of their needs, they will inspect it and negotiations begin.
